Isaac Rabin School has been part of World ORT since its very beginnings, sharing a common vision that places education at the heart of social development, innovation, and opportunity. World ORT is a global educational organization founded over 143 years ago, dedicated to empowering disadvantaged communities through education and professional training. Throughout its history, ORT has promoted social mobility and inclusion by providing skills, technical programs, and employment opportunities worldwide.

Since expanding its international cooperation efforts in 1960, ORT’s impact has grown across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Israel, India, and South Africa.

Our Work with ORT
The school has been affiliated with World ORT since 2013.
In recent years, we have also received frequent visits from ORT America through its affiliated Federations.
Ecological Summer Camp in Gamboa
We have participated continuously since 2016.
STEM Summer School in Israel
In 2023, we sent a student to take part in this outstanding experience. In previous years, we had two additional participants.
LEAD Program
Each year, we send faculty members to participate in this middle management leadership training program.
Gina and Joseph for Social Responsibility
In 2025, our 11th-grade student Eva Sclabi was recognized in Veracruz for her outstanding project.
Hatter Technology Seminar
In 2025, our faculty member Carlos Acosta took part in a professional development program centered on Artificial Intelligence.
SCHOLAS 2022
Scholas was held in Panama. Through the initiative of our school, the program was hosted at our synagogue facilities. The seminar brought together young participants and was sponsored by World ORT and Scholas Occurrentes, the foundation established by Pope Francis.
STEM COMMUNICATIONS AWARD
Our students actively participate in this competition.
JEWISH ANIMATION AWARD
Whenever invited, our Jewish Studies Department actively takes part in the program.
Global Citizenship Seminar
Seminar for young leaders aged 15–16, conducted by Facing History & Ourselves with the support of World ORT.
