Isaac Rabin Foundation​

The Isaac Rabin Foundation is a non-profit foundation that was born to create the Isaac Rabin School. This Jewish-Panamanian educational institution assumes the task of forming people responsible for their personal growth, stimulating knowledge and critical thinking in a multicultural environment with a modern and dynamic approach to Judaism.
The Isaac Rabin Foundation's Board of Directors is currently composed of ten Principal and Alternate Directors, as follows:

The Foundation oversees making decisions in the present and ensuring the continuity of the College's mission in the long term so that in the future, the children of our students can come to the College and live the mission.

In the same way, the Foundation members are responsible for the College's sustainability, strategic aspects, mission, and long-term financial survival.

The Foundation is the guardian of the College's mission, ensuring that it is appropriate, relevant, and vital to the educational community. The Foundation monitors the College's success in fulfilling its mission, vision, and values.

The main functions of the Foundation are as follows:

Ensure that the College's mission statement, vision, values, and objectives are clear.

Review and maintain policies and plans, always following the mission of the College.

Oversee the school's general operation, ensuring its established policies are correctly interpreted and implemented.

He is responsible for the college's financial health, including capital assets, operating budgets, donations, and benefactors.

The Foundation selects, supports, and motivates the Head of School.

The Foundation and its various working committees conduct an annual written evaluation of the director's performance and work with the director to establish goals and projects for each school year.
